I started my freelance business in 2014 after dreaming for several years of finding a way out of the corporate grind.

Before I found freelancing, I tried it all and nothing worked for me. I started an etsy shop selling handmade jewelry, I started an Amazon FBA business, I purchased several domains for businesses that never came to fruition.

After desperately searching for a way to make money from home, I discovered freelance virtual assistance. THIS was the thing I was looking for all along.

After some trial and error and making all of the classic mistakes new VA’s make, I pivoted and decided to niche down in a highly in-demand and profitable market working as a content creator for bloggers.

Freelancing has allowed me to make a great income throughout my pregnancies, while raising babies, chasing toddlers, and through the good, bad and busy seasons of life.

I created the Virtual Career Academy to help women end the family vs. finances struggle once and for all. You simply don't have to choose between bringing in an income and being present for your family. It's absolutely possible to have both with freelancing, and I'd love to show you how.
